I graduated from East Los Angeles Community College and California State University, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, and proudly trained at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia, alongside U.S. Secret Service Agents. My career as a U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Inspector (INS) and later as a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officer instilled in me the highest standards of honesty, accountability, and attention to detail.

In addition to my law enforcement background, I am also a bonafide house flipper, having successfully flipped homes across the Los Angeles area. With extensive, hands-on construction, renovation, and remodeling experience, I bring a deep understanding of property potential, value-add improvements, and design trends. This unique skill set allows me to guide buyers in spotting opportunities and to help sellers maximize their home’s value before hitting the market.
